By downloading, installing, or using the JTravel mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Jewish Travel App Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a corporation incorporated in the United States.
JTravel is a social travel application designed for the Jewish community. The App allows users to discover nearby Jewish travelers, connect and chat with them, find Shabbat meals, and build a travel network within the community.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at yossi@starcitymedia.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the App to:
You retain ownership of content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the App.
We do not pre-screen user content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, you can report it directly through the App by visiting the offending user's profile and selecting the "Report" option, or by contacting us at:
We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.
The App provides a built-in feature to block other users. Blocking a user prevents them from viewing your profile or sending you messages. You can block a user by visiting their profile and selecting the "Block" option.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
